END-USER LICENCE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR SHOWBOAT FOOTBALL

This End-User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User” or “you”) and Showboat Sports Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the Showboat Football mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. LICENCE GRANT
   The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
2. RESTRICTIONS
   You agree not to:
   Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
   Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
   Sell, rent, sublicense, or lease the App to any third party.
   Use the App for unauthorised data scraping, data mining, or similar activities.
   Circumvent, remove, alter, or tamper with security measures in the App.
   Upload or share inappropriate or unlawful content through the App.
3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
   The App allows users to upload and share videos (“User Content”).
   You retain ownership of your User Content, but by uploading, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, distribute, and display your content within the App.
   The Company reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any User Content that violates this Agreement.
4. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY
   The App collects and processes user data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
   By using the App, you consent to such data collection and processing.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
   The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Showboat Sports Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or unauthorised access to your information.
7. TERMINATION
   The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement.
   You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the App and discontinuing use.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
   The App may include integrations with third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
   The Company is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
9. GOVERNING LAW
   This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
10. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
    We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

By installing and using the Showboat Football App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
